What a year it has been at MES, and we couldn’t have done it without our incredible PTO! From day one, they’ve been there supporting our teachers and students with thoughtful surprises and amazing treats that kept smiles on everyone’s faces.
Teacher Appreciation Week was a perfect example of their generosity and creativity. Our sidewalks were filled with colorful chalk art from Chalk the Walk , our teachers were fueled by delicious coffee from the Coffee Truck , and each one received a little extra love with a $25 restaurant gift card . Our students got in on the fun too, enjoying extra recess and the ever-popular Rollin’ with Our Homie Snack Cart .
Every thoughtful gesture reminded us how lucky we are to have a PTO that goes above and beyond. You make MES not just a school, but a vibrant, joyful community where teachers feel appreciated and students feel supported every single day.
Thank you for an unforgettable year – we can’t wait to see what you have in store next!
Congratulations to MES students, Calvin Roberson, Wendy Mehrle and Bram Hogg, our Bikes for Books winners! Each of these students gets to choose a brand new bike and helmet to celebrate reading. Thanks to Douglas Lodge 361 for the bikes and helmets and for encouraging our readers! #MESProud
