Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Office Closure

The Main Office will be closed June 19 through July 3, 2026.

Student Services Office will be closed June 16 through July 3, 2026

Yearbook Update

The 2025-2026 Yearbooks have not arrived yet. Our current estimated delivery timeframe is mid-July.

Once yearbooks arrive:

An email will be sent to all families.

Updates will be posted on our social media pages.

Information will be available on the school website.

Unable to Pick Up Your Yearbook?

If you are unable to pick up your yearbook in person, we can ship it to you for a $20 shipping fee.

Payment must be received prior to shipping.

Please contact the Mascoutah High School Main Office for payment instructions and shipping arrangements.

Transcript & GPA Update

Final transcripts and updated GPA information are not expected to be available until June 15, 2026.

Please allow processing time as grades are finalized and records are updated.

Requesting Transcripts

To request your transcript, please log in to Parchment.

Important:

All transcript requests must go through Parchment.

The office will only process transcripts submitted via this website.

This ensures your records are handled securely and efficiently.

Important: Transcripts will not be processed while the office is closed. Expect delays in processing until we reopen.
