Instructions for Pre-Qualification of General Contracting Firms
Purpose: Mascoutah School District 19 (“District”) is soliciting pre-qualifications for the New Addition and Renovation at Mascoutah Middle School located at 846 N 6th Street Mascoutah, IL 62258. In compliance with provisions of Illinois School Code Section 10-20.21 (105 ILCS/10-20.21), the District will select the lowest responsible and responsive construction contractor to serve as its General Contractor to build the above listed project. All bidders must submit a Responsibility, Quality & Serviceability Information package in order to submit final bid package.
