Throughout the year, the PTO makes surprise visits to our teachers to deliver some goodies and offer a pick-me-up. We are beyond spoiled to have one of the best PTOs in the business. SES Kindergarteners turned into surgeons last Friday! Our amazing kindergarten teachers converted their rooms from classrooms to operating rooms to help reinforce skills such as open/closed syllables, compound words, sight words, and ways to make 10. Surgery Day was a fun, rewarding, and memorable day for our students. Great job to our kindergarten team, and we want to send a heartfelt "thank you" to the volunteers who assisted in the operating rooms!

The SES Student Patriotic Parade took place this afternoon on Scott Air Force Base as our final event of Week of the Military Child.
