The District has three full-time maintenance personnel on staff consisting of one general mechanic and two HVAC specialist. Two full-time groundskeepers are assigned to manage grounds care and support outside athletic events.

The thirty-one custodians employed in the District conduct building care. Mascoutah School District is proud of the appearance and condition of buildings and grounds throughout the district.
