We are thrilled to announce that Amy Kelly-Johnson, current Principal of Mascoutah High School, has been named the new Executive Director of Academic Services for Mascoutah School District 19!
Mrs. Kelly-Johnson will officially transition into this District leadership role beginning in the 2026-2027 school year. During her tenure at MHS, she has shown an unwavering commitment to student success and staff excellence. We look forward to seeing her bring that same passion and expertise to the entire District!
We are also pleased to announce that Travis Klein, current Principal of Mascoutah Middle School, will be transitioning to a new leadership role as the Assistant Principal of the District’s High School Success Academy for the 2026-2027 school year.
Mr. Klein has been a dedicated leader at MMS, and we are excited to see him bring his experience, passion, and commitment to the Success Academy. This transition will allow him to focus on specialized student support and alternative pathways to graduation, ensuring every student in our District has the tools they need to thrive.
