This week, we hosted Mascoutah University—our dedicated orientation and onboarding program designed to set our newest team members up for success. We spent Monday through Wednesday diving into all things teaching and learning with our new certified staff, and on Thursday, we were excited to host our fantastic new paraprofessionals!
The energy, passion, and dedication this group brings to our schools is inspiring. We can't wait to see the amazing impact they will have on our students, classrooms, and community this school year.
